1.1 - Scope Management Provide governance and functional support to the project team. Define project scope, clearly outline project objectives, deliverables, and key milestones.
1.2 - Planning/Scheduling Interface with project delivery team members with regard to schedule status. Ensure schedule is aligned to contractual timings where applicable. Ensure schedules are rigorous in terms of their practical construct. Ensure schedules are rigorous in terms of their contractual construct (where applicable). If required, assist with stakeholder management to explain schedule slippage.
