Responsibilities

  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables effectively
  • Perform internal and external audits for quality assurance
  • Facilitate Kaizen workshops with team collaboration
  • Implement key performance indicators: OEE and takt time
  • Maintain and deploy the 5S methodology at project sites

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Logistics
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in project management
  • Experience with Lean methodologies: VSM, Kanban, 5S required
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
  • Bilingual in French and English essential for communication
