Based inLisbon, you will be responsible for theend-to-end delivery of transformation initiativeswithin theGBS Transformation Factory, ensuring programmes are delivered to time, quality, and value.

This is ahands-on delivery leadership role. You will coordinatemulti-disciplinary Agile squads, manage dependencies and risks, and maintain the delivery rhythm needed to help GBS realise value quickly, learn continuously, and scale what works.
