- Own the full lifecycle of AI/technology projects — from planning and kick-off through to delivery and post-go-live monitoring

- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements, working alongside Development, Architecture, and Support teams

- Manage timelines, risks, dependencies and budgets across concurrent workstreams

- Drive stakeholder communication — internal and external — with clarity and executive presence - Track KPIs and success metrics to ensure delivered solutions create measurable business value
