Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities


  • Responsible for project administration; follow up on project activities to meet objectives, ensuring associated expenditures are within budget, and communicating project status
  • Decides when escalation is required to meet project objectives in terms of schedules and/or budget
  • Communicates issues and status to all levels of management who have direct/ indirect responsibility for the overall success of the project, verbal, graphic and written
  • Serves as primary customer contact for all project related matters and negotiate internal/external requirements to resolve problems or make changes
  • Manages the development and maintenance of all project documentation
  • Provides follow up to determine that activities are carried out, in relation to their importance, with a minimum of conflict
