Summary

The Project Manager is accountable for the safe and timely delivery of Substation construction projects. They create an environment for construction execution excellence through the effective use of communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. The Project Manager encompasses the simultaneous management of several projects ranging anywhere in value from $10k to $3M. They are directly accountable for the financials of each of the projects they manage. The Project Manager is constantly looking for opportunities to improve on the delivery and customer experience of construction projects. Through close collaboration with the Construction Manager, Quality Manager, HSSE Manager, Engineering Team, Fleet Manager and Field Supervisors, the Project Manager will ensure all client/owners' expectations are met or exceeded.
