Project Manager (Pm)

**_Puebla_**_, _**_Mexico_**_ _****The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple small and medium customer-facing engagements from receiving the signed SOW to completion of services across all of the Converge practice groups.
**General Accountabilities**- Prerequisite and product tracking- Review SOW and complete initial planning activities- Work with resource managers to assign project resources- Conduct internal and external project kick-off calls w/slide deck- Conduct internal and external weekly status meetings- Create and maintain the weekly status report template for each project- Track task completion %, budget, scope changes, schedule, issues, risks- Create and maintain the project plan - Ensure milestone billing notifications are sent to the accounting- Approve project timesheets and invoices- Consistently complete weekly updates of PSA tool project status, status notes, start/end dates- Update and maintain project technical resource schedules/bookings in the...
