Responsibilities

• Manage project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability.
• Manage the Project and the processes therein – including the definition and ongoing monitoring of the Project Implementation Document (PID)
• Execute and align the project scope, goals, detailed milestones and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Produce the Project Implementation Plan
• Produce and manage the Project, Quality and Communications Plan
• Define the resource plan
• Represent the needs of the Implementation Team during the pre‑sales stage
• Carry out resource planning and management
• Carry out the management and escalation of risks and issues
