Job Summary

Our client are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Malaysia) to lead on-site implementation, manage automation & racking projects, ensure on-time/on-budget delivery, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain safety & quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on-site implementation and daily supervision of automation & racking projects in Malaysia, complying with safety, quality and schedule requirements.
• Track project progress, adjust resources and plans to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery and customer acceptance.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors to resolve project issues.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications and customer requirements.
• Support project budgeting, monitor costs and prevent overspending.
• Organize project meetings, prepare minutes, and manage site safety, tools, equipment and materials.
