- Liaise with clients, consultants, Landlord, Owner, sub-contractors and relevant Authorities to ensure smooth completion of projects for commercial and residential interior renovation projects.
- Prepare, review and submit all detailed programs, schedules, method statements, technical proposals, and risk assessment plans.
- Conduct regular internal and attend all site meetings.
- Lead a team of professional and technical staff in the planning and execution of day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and submit quotations, tender bids, materials planning and ordering and contracts.
- Ensuring that all safety procedures are followed on site to prevent injuries on the job site.
- Conducting inspections of work done by contractors to ensure that it meets code requirements and quality control on the project throughout the development.
