Key Responsibilities
- Full-time construction site supervisor
- Interpretation of architectural, structural and M&E plans
- To plan, schedule and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Direct and supervise subordinates
- Develop and implement quality control programs
- To prepare master programme for work schedule
- To prepare progress report and daily updates to management on work progress
- Bachelor Degree or Post-Graduate Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from recognised University or Institution
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in execution of Specialist building works
- Track records to show previous projects that took charge
- Knowledge of relevant Statutory requirements and compliances
