Responsibilities Managing the full end-to-end development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Understanding relevant government procurement policies and advising application teams on how to comply with these policies while ensuring system requirements are met. Ensuring projects are delivered according to identified business needs and within agreed cost, timeline, and quality parameters. Developing and maintaining the overall project schedule, tracking progress against key milestones, and proactively managing risks that may impact delivery timelines.
