Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Overall management for the project with respect to contractual, budget, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality and safety.
  • Lead the project team for the implementation and execution of works as according to planned schedule.
  • Execute projects according to schedule and tender specifications within contract budget.
  • Manage sub-contractors performance.
  • Conduct regular meeting with sub-contractors and project team.
  • Monitor material and equipment usage.
  • Attend meeting with clients, consultants and sub-contractors.
  • Preparation of progress reports.
  • Resolve on-site contractual issues with good documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by PE Board or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6-8 years working experience in project management.
