Responsibilities
- Overall management for the project with respect to contractual, budget, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality and safety.
- Lead the project team for the implementation and execution of works as according to planned schedule.
- Execute projects according to schedule and tender specifications within contract budget.
- Manage sub-contractors performance.
- Conduct regular meeting with sub-contractors and project team.
- Monitor material and equipment usage.
- Attend meeting with clients, consultants and sub-contractors.
- Preparation of progress reports.
- Resolve on-site contractual issues with good documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by PE Board or equivalent.
- Minimum 6-8 years working experience in project management.
