Role Overview

A growing technology services organization is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Unified Communications (UC) and Telephony infrastructure projects. This role sits at the intersection of project management and technical communications, requiring hands-on familiarity with voice systems, telephony platforms, and contact center technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives — coordinating across vendors, technical teams, and stakeholders.
