Project Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the field operations in each field office, implementing and encouraging teamwork in the field.
• Under the supervision of the Project Manager, support overall project leadership and management in the field team while ensuring compliance with KOICA requirements and regulations, Government of the Philippines protocols, and World Vision policies and procedures.
• Engage key partners such as Barangay Health Workers, health personnel, local government institutions, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders to coordinate activities and facilitate monitoring and reporting of project objectives and achievements.
• Produce annual work–plans and monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual and annual reports, final project reports, and project activity updates in accordance with the KOICA deadlines and guidelines.
