Job Description

  • Provide accurate, detailed reports on schedule performance, progress, and variances to project leadership and clients.
  • Maintain all scheduling documentation, including project data, logs of schedule changes, and status updates.
  • Review and assess the impact of change orders on project schedules.
  • Adjust schedules as needed to incorporate changes in scope, design, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Update schedules to reflect new timelines and communicate these updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of project schedules and timelines.
  • Participate in coordination meetings to discuss the status of ongoing construction activities and any schedule concerns.
