Responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate transmission of updated documents and drawings to clients and subcontractors. Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors to review project progress and updates. Coordinate change orders, providing necessary documentation and support. Prepare and implement method statements and work procedures, ensuring adherence to all government and safety regulations. Manage procurement of resources, monitor material usage, and minimize waste and misappropriation. Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials for daily site activities. Oversee drawing management, technical documentation control, and the quality of work performed. Conduct material receiving inspections and maintain detailed records. Prepare daily and monthly progress reports. Perform and maintain accurate inspection records. Ensure all delivery orders are returned to the office for proper documentation.
