About the Role
 
You will be accountable to deliver professional administrative support, maintain accurate records, support project delivering outcomes, on time and within allocated budgets. A key requirement of this role is that you’ll be highly organised.
 
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support across multiple projects, ensuring documentation, reporting and communication requirements are met.
  • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, tracking milestones and monitoring deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including filing, document control and version management.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries for stakeholders, including progress, risks and financial tracking.
