- To lead and manage tender team for all tender and related activities (including turnkey EPC tenders with Civil, Mech, E&I scopes) allocating tasks and follow up to ensure tender is submitted in proper order.
- To review tender documents and other related documents and find out relevant information necessary for tender, and ensure all tender submission document are in order and submitted as requirement.
- Material Take-off and estimate for costing for tender for Mechanical work scope (Piping, tank, equipment, firefighting etc) and other related, including finding out cost and sourcing for supplier/subcontractor.
- Work with other departments including BD, engineering, procurement, project, etc on tender estimation and submission, or other necessary works.
- To report to or work with Senior Technical Manager and /or BD Manager, and carry out any other works when required.
