Role Responsibilities
  • Legal Advisory Services: Providing legal advice and guidance to the company on various matters, including commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, employment law, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.
  • Contract Drafting and Review: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements relevant to the company's operations in Singapore. This includes contracts with customers, suppliers, partners, and employees
