Job Description
Purchasing Assistant - REGASCO Bacolod
Work Schedule : 6 days a week ( 8 hours a day)
- Look for suppliers and process purchase request of head office and refilling plants (if any)
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers.
- Evaluate offers from suppliers and negotiate for better prices
- Track orders, follow up with suppliers and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure that orders received are accurate and in good condition.
- Coordinate with admin or the one assigned in monitoring of stocks like office supplies, pantry, supplies, merchandise, raffle prizes etc. to ensure timely ordering of such items.
- Keep accurate records of purchases made
- Properly file all purchase orders
- Submit reports required by management
- Perform any other task as required by the management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred ( with or without experience)
