About our client: Our client operates in the Construction & Electrical Engineering industry in Singapore.

About the role:

  • Source, evaluate, and purchase materials, tools, and equipment required for project and site operations
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders and track order status
  • Maintain proper procurement records, including invoices, delivery orders, and supplier documents
  • Coordinate with project and site teams to understand material requirements and timelines
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Attend to visitors and handle incoming phone calls
  • Assist in coordinating logistics and delivery arrangements when required
  • Support basic accounting-related documentation such as invoice verification
