Job Description
1. Liaise with existing suppliers for quotation requests, price negotiations, and sourcing new potential suppliers.
2. Manage order processing and follow up on delivery.
3. Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to ensure favorable agreements.
4. Stay informed about market conditions, product trends, and merchandise costs.
5. Actively participate in implementing company management systems like ISO 9001.
6. Undertake any other tasks assigned by management as and when needed.
Requirements
1. A Diploma or relevant qualification in any field.
2. At least 2 years of work experience in a related field is an added advantage, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
4. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
5. Ability to work with minimal supervision, possess strong analytical skills, and be a good team player.
