Purchasing Executive (Construction)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to join our growing construction team. You’ll support project and purchasing managers by sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely, cost-effective procurement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, confident in negotiations, and experienced in construction procurement.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in processing and reviewing Purchase Requisitions (PRs) from project and other departments
Confirm material specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements with relevant teams
Source and evaluate suppliers to obtain competitive quotations
Compare prices, terms, and quality to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
Prepare and issue accurate Purchase Orders (POs) in a timely manner
