Job Responsibilities
· Provide exposure to procurement processes within construction projects.
· Assist in supplier management activities, including registration and coordination with approved suppliers.
· Support material sourcing and quotation comparison exercises.
· Assist in Purchase Order processing and follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules and order status.
· Assist in verifying Delivery Orders from site and support supplier payment claim processing.
· Coordinate with site teams to support material planning and procurement requirements.
· Provide support in procurement documentation, record keeping, and reporting activities.
Job Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, or a related field.
· Willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
