Job Description
The Purchasing Officer ensures the company obtains the materials and products needed to complete lighting supply projects on time and within budget. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the role manages supplier relationships, procurement processes, and inventory management to maintain efficient supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure materials, products, and services in alignment with company requirements and standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favourable terms, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality and service agreements.
- Create and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
