Cydome is seeking a versatile QA & Technical Support Specialist based in Argentina. In this role, you will bridge the gap between software quality and customer success, ensuring product reliability and serving as the primary technical contact for clients.

You will design and execute test plans, troubleshoot client issues, and maintain applications on Linux systems, all while communicating effectively and elevating critical bugs to the engineering team.
