QC Engineer.

Overview: - Monthly Salary: Up to $4000 (With relevant experience) + AWS + VB 5 Days work week (8am - 530pm) Loyang, Pasir Ris Manufacturing Industry Your Responsibilities: - Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and conduct Process Capability (CP/CPK) measurements on molded parts to ensure quality compliance. Validate sample submissions from Engineering for molding verification and approval processes. Develop measurement methods and prepare work instructions while training QC inspectors on proper measurement techniques. Verify tooling changes and monitor process dimensions following tool modifications or rectification activities. You will need: - At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the plastic injection moulding sector. Skilled in operating quality inspection equipment, including Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and SmartScope devices.
