Responsibilities
- Ensure all products meet specifications and customers’ requirements.
- Ensure all quality reports and records are accurately generated and updated in a timely manner, and keep and maintain quality records as required by the system.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance indices on qualified processes and establish good control to maintain quality performance.
- Be responsible for all measurement tools and equipment, ensuring they are timely calibrated and maintained in optimum conditions.
- Be responsible for the quality assurance program and system in the company, including and not limited to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- Work with Process Engineers to improve statistical process control and other statistical tools for control and improvement.
- Plan and implement cost reduction and efficiency improvement programs.
- Ensure Job Order Transactions for QC Operation are updated timely.
