Key Responsibilities: 1. Process Oversight:
Develop and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project-specific quality standards. 2. Defect Management:
Investigate the root causes of defective mechanical parts or assemblies, manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and enforce corrective/preventive actions. 3.Compliance & Auditing:
Enforce local/international regulatory codes and oversee internal Quality Management System (QMS) audits. 4. Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration:
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and procurement teams to establish quality standards for parts, raw materials, and subcontractors. 5. Team Leadership:
Train, mentor, and supervise quality engineers, inspectors, and manufacturing staffs. Requirements 1. Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related building services or manufacturing discipline. 2. Experience:
