Responsibilities
- Ensuring product and process quality through effective control, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Conducting audits, managing customer service from a quality perspective, and driving product design and development initiatives.
- Maintaining high standards and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for either process quality or customer complaint.
- Proactively communicate with component supplier to drive the material quality issue resolved.
