Job Description
Teleperformance is seeking a Quality Analyst to enhance the performance of our Customer Service team in George Town, Penang. In this role, you will conduct data analysis and QA evaluations to maintain high performance standards.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, at least 1 year of QA experience in a call center, and proficiency in Malay and English. This position requires the ability to work rotational shifts and start immediately.
