Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead (Manual) with strong domainexpertisein Loans & Disbursement within the Banking/Financial Services sector.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end testing strategies, ensure the accuracy of complex financial workflows, and drive quality assurance initiatives across lending systems. This role requires deep domain understanding, strong analytical skills, and hands-onexpertisein API and database validation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the testing strategy for Loans and Disbursement modules, ensuring alignment with business logic and regulatory requirements 
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, risk assessments, and traceability matrices 
  • Oversee end-to-end validation of complex scenarios such as credit scoring, loan onboarding, interest calculations, escrow management, and multi-channel disbursement (ACH, Wire, Check)
