Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to understand software requirements and specifications for testing mobile/web applications. Identify, document, and track software defects and issues for mobile/web applications using bug‑tracking tools/methods. Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test plans and test cases. Provide timely and detailed reports on testing progress and results. Follow steps and report any unclear or missing steps for a given item/task that would affect QA testing. Report on QA progress for mobile app development, promptly addressing identified issues. Provide customer training on mobile/web applications, ensure a seamless experience, and collect feedback.
