Job Description
Job Purpose:
To ensure that all food products are manufactured, handled, and packaged in compliance with Premier Culinary quality standards, food safety regulations, and company specifications. This role involves monitoring production processes, conducting inspections and tests, and identifying any deviations that could compromise product safety or quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee product quality through Work in Progress (WIP) inspections, raw material verification, and final product release.
- Monitor and enforce GMP, hygiene standards, HACCP controls, and Critical Control Points (CCPs).
- Manage food safety systems including temperature control, foreign object prevention, and glass & hard plastic programmes.
