Job Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly quality workshops, analyze production data, and manage First Pass Yield (FPY) for mass production.
- Conduct Level B layered audits, address critical quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and verify corrective actions.
- Develop, update, and manage quality control documentation; review and handle non-conforming or abnormal products.
- Carry out annual product audits, maintain key process capability controls, and analyze GP12
