What You’ll Do
 • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality and operations
 • Track and analyze customer complaints and quality issues
 • Lead root cause analysis to prevent repeat problems
 • Support and execute improvement projects to completion
 • Use tools like FMEA, RCA, and corrective actions to strengthen processes
 • Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions are implemented and sustained
 • Support quality strategy by turning plans into action
