Quality Engineer

Responsible for evaluating product specifications and technical design documents to ensure quality requirements are properly defined and implemented.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints and prepare corrective action reports including 8D Report and CAPA documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Product Development, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure smooth execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) quality activities.
• Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and recommend corrective and preventive improvement actions.
• Collect and analyze quality data such as First Pass Yield (FPY), Run‑to‑Run Yield (RTY), rejection trends, and customer feedback to identify root causes and implement improvement plans.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation including Inspection Manuals, Control Plans, PFMEA/FMEA, SOP, WI, and related quality records.
