Job Description

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer relations and effective complaint management

  • Proactively address supplier quality issues impacting assembly operations and ensuring timely containment actions

  • Coordinate PPAP submissions and ensure full compliance with customer and internal quality requirements

  • Support change management process

  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and drive robust corrective and preventive actions

  • Support production teams in scrap reduction initiatives, process efficiency improvement and maintain quality standards on assembly lines

  • Our requirements:

  • Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field

  • Ideally 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position; motivated fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
