Responsibilities
- Perform review/gap analysis on customer’s specifications of chemical processes, with adequate process control measures
- To conduct quarterly internal audits to ensure process compliance according to plating specifications
- Actively involve in new process setup, buy-off and qualification program
- Involve in quality issues investigations, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Translate customers’ specifications to Work Instructions/ SOPs
- Responsible for the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) of the company
- Perform internal audits to ensure process, product and system are complied with requirements
- Aggressive to trigger process improvement in terms of better quality, more stable process, improve productivity, reduce cycle time etc
