Job Description
Enhance product quality as a Quality Engineering Specialist at Murata in Markham, Ontario. Focus on product development, quality risk mitigation, and leading quality initiatives for superior outcomes.
In this role, you will assess and improve quality for both new and existing products. Lead cross-functional discussions related to quality control and validation processes while engaging with design teams early in the product lifecycle. You will also contribute to ISO audits and support the overall implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute quality assurance strategies
• Analyze product-related historical quality data
• Lead collaborative quality control meetings
• Ensure successful customer complaint investigations
• Monitor quality KPIs and present findings
Requirements:
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering
