Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
The Quality Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) to ensure full compliance with client requirements, applicable standards and regulatory requirements throughout all project phases including engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation, installation and commissioning.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Overall project quality performance and compliance with the contractual requirement, client specifications and applicable codes & standards.
Drive effective implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) to achieve defined quality KPIs
Ensure the development of project quality documents/ procedures following the project requirement with timely approval.
Management and timely closure of non-conformance issues
Successful execution of project quality audits and surveillances
Effective client, TPI and regulatory interface on all quality matters
