Main Tasks

  • Implementing quantitative measurements and techniques for measuring quality and driving continuous improvements across processes and services
  • Executing process quality audits and documenting inspection records to ensure adherence to established standards
  • Fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients to implement and maintain a Global Management System that meets customer, industry and internal requirements
  • Assisting the management representative for the site Quality Department, ensuring compliance with applicable management systems and representing the customer voice
  • Ensuring the companies and customers standards within the site are met through regular assessments and feedback mechanisms
