Job Description

The Quality & Operations Manager is primarily responsible for managing and maintaining the company's Quality Management System, including ISO/AS9100 compliance, audit readiness, internal and external audits, corrective actions, calibration compliance, customer quality requirements, and overall quality performance. This position serves as the primary leader for the Quality function and is responsible for ensuring that products, processes, documentation, and systems meet customer, regulatory, and company requirements.In addition, this position has secondary responsibility for managing day-to-day operations, including production flow, scheduling, on-time delivery, operational performance, cost reduction, facility coordination, and continuous improvement.
