Responsibilities

  • Aligning with the overall customer complaint handling process in Yara, ensuring the product quality requirements.
  • Establish, implement and maintain procedures and tools for quality system to manage customer requirements and satisfaction regarding quality and product stewardship (focus in product quality), in cooperation with the Marketing-Commercial-Agronomic-Supply Chain functions Local, BULA and centrally.
  • Guarantee updated local documentation and keep safe the data base related with quality process (MSDS, Technical data sheet, quality certificates, manual, and instructive)
  • In cooperation with areas involved, ensure the compliance of quality performance indicators (local KPI's) in order to keep a continuous improvement
  • Define and maintain quality process standardization (Laboratory, analysis of raw material, finished products, processes).
