QUALITY SUPERINTENDENT Department: Quality Reports To: Quality Manager Position Summary
The Quality Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and quality control activities within the facility.
This role ensures that products and processes meet established standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance.
The Quality Superintendent leads the quality team, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and serves as a key partner to operations leadership.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and develop quality department personnel including inspectors, technicians, and quality engineers
- Establish, implement, and maintain the facility's quality management system (QMS)
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards (e.g., ISO ****, IATF *****, AS****)
