Quality Technician

JOB CONTENT Incumbent will support in the development of new processes and maintenance & implementation of existing processes to ensure product quality is achieved through the packaging operations. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Quality Planning Supports in standardizing processes through creation of work instructions, Test methods, Product specifications of products. Qualification plans. Understand BRCGS and ISO 9001, ISo14001, ISo45001 standard requirements and supports in implementation of system. As a member of Food Safety team, involve in updating Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment. Review supplier performance on monthly basis, communicate with supplier. Coordinate with suppliers on quality concerns and CAPA Performs internal audits as per audit schedule and follow up on CAPA. On regular basis review latest product specifications and update the required changes in Quality Plan and Test Methods, COA templates.
