Molex is seeking Quality Technicians to join our Optical Connectivity team in Hudson, WI. This role is responsible for ensuring incoming materials meet quality standards, supporting production with quality guidance, and driving continuous improvement through data collection and root cause analysis. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to building a strong quality culture.

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:00pm

2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:30pm-1:30am
