Quality Technician

The Quality Technician is responsible for establishing, controlling, and conducting inspection and test activities in strict accordance with specified requirements. This includes the execution of inspection procedures, methods, and frequencies while maintaining the integrity of sample sizes as defined in the quality plans.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare Measurement Standard Operation procedure.

Conduct Measurement for raw material, Work in progress and Finish goods at Development and mass production stage.

Conduct training and perform analytical through quality tool (eg. Gauge 1, Gauge Repeatability & reproducibility, Statistical Process Control, PPK & CPK).

Maintain equipment calibration and verification.

Schedule and conduct preventive maintenance.
