Position: Quality Test Engineer

Location: York Area, North Yorkshire

Salary: £41,600

Nicholas Associates has an excellent opportunity for a Quality Test Engineer, to join an established & growing client in the York area.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• To measure product and compile First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) against customer and Business requirements
• To manage the organisations calibration database
• To calibrate the company's measuring equipment against internal standards
• To manage the calibration of off‑site calibrated equipment
• To carry out the tensile test of cast test bars/castings against customer and business requirements
• To carry out the hardness test of cast test coins against customer and Internal requirements
• To carry out cast material composition testing against customer and Internal requirements
